RRG Project Grant Application

Please review the Grant Application Guidelines and Application Companion on the RRG Website before applying.

Only eligible local government entities may initiate and submit a grant application. 

1. The local government must answer initial eligibility questions and click "Next" to initiate their application. Click "Continue" below to answer initial eligibility questions. 
2. After responding to eligibility questions and clicking "Next", the local government will see the full online application form. They may then invite others to edit the application as "Collaborators". 
3. Instructions to add/manage Collaborators are on the application form itself. 

To apply:

Complete grant application online by May 15, 2026 at 5:00pm.

1.  Submit the application with all required attachments online using this online system. Do not submit a physical copy of the application.

2.  Submit Application Fee before Applying:

• Applicants must submit a $250.00 application fee. Pay through DNRC's online payment portal. 
• Retain a receipt of the transaction to attach to your grant application.

DNRC accepts online applications only. 

Do not submit a physical copy of your application to DNRC.
